Nightshade

I think this is Black Nightshade. The berries are black when ripe. It is related to the tomato, potato, and eggplant - look for the similarity in the photos below. But nightshade is poisonous. The good news is that it's apparently yucky - our equids are not tempted to eat it.

Nightshade flowers. Very pretty.
